In our work together, we make sense of what you’re experiencing at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and integrates somatic therapy.
This means we don’t just talk about what’s happening — we also pay attention to how your experiences are felt in your body.
Together, we gently explore what’s underneath how you’re feeling, including past experiences, recognised trauma, or patterns that may still be shaping your sense of self and relationships. We work at a pace that feels manageable, helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and better able to understand your needs.
I offer one-to-one counselling, both face to face and remotely, for individuals aged 16 and over. Sessions can be 50,60,75 or 90 miniutes long.
I work during the daytimes and evenings and offer a variety of ways we can meet, so you can choose what suits your lifestyle, availability and communication style best. Find out more about the various ways we can meet below.

There is often a shift away from constant self-criticism towards greater self-understanding and compassion. You may feel more able to set boundaries, make decisions with more clarity, and respond to your needs rather than override them.
