I trained as a counsellor after experiencing first-hand how powerful therapy can be when you feel truly heard, seen, and accepted. That experience continues to shape how I work — offering a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out.
I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP, register number 384909), and I’m committed to ongoing professional development so I can continue to support clients in a thoughtful and up-to-date way.
Outside of my work, I value time spent in nature, being with people I care about, and the quieter moments that help me feel grounded.

I am an Accredited Member of the BACP. The BACP is recognised by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA), which holds a register of counsellors who have met specified standards for registration. Membership of this organisation means that I am bound by their Ethical Code. I have submitted my application for accreditation and am awaiting assessment.
