Carly Weston – Therapeutic Counsellor, MBACP
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer face to face and remote counselling and I am based in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
I use she/her pronouns and my practice is open to people of all genders, aged 16 years old and above.
I have trained in person-centred and psychodynamic counselling and I offer an environment that is non-judgemental, accepting and empathic, based on building a trusting relationship with you. I work alongside you to provide support with whatever you want to work on in our sessions. I see my role as being a facilitator, to work alongside and not dictate. After all – who knows what you have been through better than you do?!
I work during the daytime and evenings. With a choice of face to face, video, phone and email counselling, you can choose how we work together, depending on what suits your lifestyle, availability and style of communication best.
If you decide to get in touch then we can arrange to meet for a no-obligation initial session. This gives us a chance to discuss your needs and expectations and for you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
