Carly Weston – Therapeutic Counsellor, MBACP
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am based in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. I offer remote counselling via phone, video call, text and email if you can’t travel to my location.
I use she/her pronouns and my practice is open to people of all genders, aged 14 years old and above.
I have trained as a Person-Centred Counsellor, which is a popular form of counselling in the UK. I strive to create an environment that is non-judgemental and empathic, to build a trusting relationship with you. I offer warmth, integrity and acceptance and work alongside you to provide support with whatever you want to work on in our sessions. I see my role as being a facilitator, to work alongside you and not dictate to you. After all – who knows you and what you have been through better than you do?!
I offer appointments during the daytime and evenings. With a variety of ways we can meet, you can choose one that suits your lifestyle, availability and style of communication best.
If you decide to get in touch then we can arrange to meet for a no-obligation introductory session, which is sometimes called an assessment. This session gives us a chance to discuss your needs and expectations and for you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
For those wishing to meet face-to-face, I am accessible by car from all of the surrounding areas to Stony Stratford and Milton Keynes such as Old Stratford, Fairfields, Whitehouse Park, Deanshanger, Buckingham, Towcester, Leighton Buzzard, Woburn, Woburn Sands, Bletchley and Newport Pagnell.
There are regular local buses that stop in Stony Stratford also, including the number 6, 30, 31, 89 and 301, please check timetables for information.
